Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.
Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
Effectively present and discuss the products and services of our company.
Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills.
In conjunction with Customer Service Representatives attend to customer complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate a satisfactory resolution.
Assist in the promotion of cost-effective customer oriented solutions.
